Responsibilities
The essential function of this position is to provide individual, couples and group psychotherapy to an adult population. Clinicians additionally provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, consultation and referral, education and advocacy duties.
Job Requirements
This position requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or counseling. The position requires: current Kansas licensure; qualification eligibility for Title XIX and other 3rd party insurance reimbursements; prior experience providing psychotherapy; demonstrated theoretical and evidenced-based clinical practice expertise; strong diagnostic, clinical, and documentation skills; basic computer and electronic record skills. Clinician must be able to provide clinical services using a solutions-focused, strengths perspective, managed care model of service. Preference for experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment model.
Physical Requirements: approximately 8 hours sitting, estimated 2 hours data entry per work day
Salary Range
Masters: $55,452 – $69,326 – $83,158
Senior Clinician: $64,362 – $74,605 – $83,996
**Hiring Bonus**
$2,500 Upon Hire
$2,500 After completing introductory period

40 hours p/week with some flexibility required to include some evening hours.
