Responsibilities
The primary function of the PRN PASRR screener is to provide clinical assessment, PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) or as referred to in the CARE program the Level II Screen which will be conducted by a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) following the recommendation of the Level I assessor that the Level II be completed so that serious mental health needs are not overlooked. The goals of the program are to determine if the person screened requires specialized mental health services and if they have the medical needs which also require nursing facility care. This position is directly responsible to and supervised by the Case Manager QMHP Team Leader.
Job Requirements
This position requires an LMSW with preferred experience in working with persons who are SPMI. A valid Kansas driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is necessary, as the position requires transportation of clients. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and be able to pass pre-employment background checks and SRS adult/child abuse registries. This position requires basic computer skills.
Salary Range
$20.68 – $24.07 – $27.99
