Responsibilities
The Health Information Management Clerk II is responsible for overall management of client records for all Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Programs.
Job Requirements
High school education or above. Minimum of one year of medical office/health information management experience, accurate typing of 40 wpm, data entry skills, scanning experience and large filing system experience required. Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to individuals and groups of people at all levels of employment. Initiative, good judgment, ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards and application of these standards.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Extensive computer and telephone work is required so the ability to operate a computer for up to 90% of the shift is required. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Salary Range
$16.80 – $18.54 – $21.42

Monday – Friday, 8-5pm
