Responsibilities
Provides primary internal support to Valeo staff for the organizational electronic health record (EHR) system. Acts as IT liaison between Valeo staff and EHR vendor. Helps develop and implement EHR process enhancement as well as staff training as organizational subject matter expert (SME). Analyzes, identifies and helps the business with the EHR and data driven value based reimbursement. Helps identify and troubleshoot EHR and process issues and work through issue resolution and ticketing process. Tracks timelines for and documents EHR software releases, enhancements, system upgrades and bug fixes. Administers supports and maintains user account information on EHR system including rights, security and systems groups. Incumbent relies on Valeo policies, instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Some intra-agency travel is required. This position works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Information Technology.
Requirements
This position requires a bachelor degree and/or 4 or more years of experience in information or EHR systems support. Experience may be substituted for education as determined relevant by Valeo. This includes, but is not limited to, systems development, hands on EHR experience, technical training, report writing and IT support. This position requires long periods of computer use throughout the day in the office environment. This position also is frequently mobile between the Valeo buildings and must have the ability of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
Salary Range
$49,196 – $63,388 – $76,833
