Services
Services Include answering crisis calls for suicide prevention, screening for psychiatric hospitalization, and conducting initial assessments. Initial assessment, and appointment scheduling for all Valeo services is done Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Services are available to individuals who live, work, or own property in Shawnee County regardless of ability to pay. We serve people from adjoining counties on a sliding fee scale. Crisis Intake Services accommodates physical disabilities, and those in need of language and sign language interpreters. Our goal is to aid in development of a viable coping plan and alleviation of presenting symptoms.

- Arrangement for Therapy, Medication, Case Management and other service appointments
- By Appointment, or Walk-In
- Average wait time 30-45 minutes
Staffing
- Hotline Clinician Minimum Qualification- B.A. in Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health Field
- Intake Clinicians Minimum Qualification- M.A. in Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health Field
