Crisis Services
Services include Crisis Intake & Assessment, Crisis Intervention, Crisis Residential Program, Community Medication Outreach, and In-Home Support Services. Valeo also provides Crisis Intervention training to local law enforcement and our Crisis Intervention Team provides community wide outreach. Bilingual interpreters are available. Many of our programs are reimbursable by private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or billed on a sliding scale for individuals with limited financial resources. A 24-Hour Crisis Hotline 785-234-3300 is operated by Kansas Health Solutions.

  • Crisis In-Home Support Services- Offered to Valeo consumers on a short term basis. Support and assistance with skills, safety, medication management, and independent living skills.
  • Long Term In-Home Support Services- Offered to high risk consumers with severe and persistent mental illness. Length of service is determined by medical necessity.
